Hi Terri! The family has renamed Pandora "Ellie" - she seems to respond to it - I hope she likes it. She is just about the sweetest, prettiest thing I have ever seen. We adore her. She is getting LOTS of attention. My sister and her family live right down the street...she is allergic to most animals, so her children "share" and love our pets! My neice and nephews have been here constantly since she arrived - neighbors and friends, too. She is quite an attraction! Our southern boy Wyatt is starting to adjust, but I think it will be a process. He was used to ALL of the attention. I know he will love his little sister as much as we do. Ellie is doing great! She has had a few accidents, as expected, but relieves herself every time we take her out. She is eating and drinking and playing - she loves her new toys and my shoes! She is doing pretty well with her crate training also...doesn't love it in there, but she has done well nonetheless. She follows a treat right in and lays down to enjoy it. She only really cries when we put her in at night. But I have been sleeping on the couch where she can see me, and she seems to be comforted by this. She's a good girl. She will have her first vet appt. next week and I have administered her medication as directed. As promised I have attached a few pics of my little Ellie girl. Enjoy! Will send more - I haven't been the best photographer because I've been too busy playing with her!
Thank you for everything. I know you miss her. Rest assure, she is going to have the best life. I promise.
How are those Aussie pups doing? I have told everyone I know about them!
Have a Happy Day!
Sandy
