Hello,
We had worked with Save a Pet last year and they helped us to adopt a dog from the Crossing Paths shelter in Alabama. Yesterday was exactly a year that we had adopted our dog Sadie. It feels like yesterday that we met the transport in the parking lot and Sadie came out of the van, latched onto me and peed on me.. I think she was telling us that I was her mom! :) Her name was Chloe when we adopted her but needed to change it because our other dog's name is Chloe. :) When Sadie came to us she was a young puppy, 12lbs and very unsure of the world around her. Sadie is now a healthy 38 lbs and is just about a year and 4 months old. She loves running, playing with her friends and getting a belly rub from every person that she meets! Everyone always stops us and tells us how beautiful and sweet she is.
I just wanted to send along a picture of her now and let you know that we are so happy and blessed to have her in our lives. I wanted to thank you all for the work you do in helping to save these animals who deserve a loving, forever home.
