we saw him on petfinder in june of 2007. after agreeing to adopt him he got sick with parvo. all his littermates passed from the desease. after being taken care of around the clock by his foster parent, he made a full recovery. but just before he was to be shipped north to us he ended up getting kennel cough. but like the fighter that he is he recovered just fine. we finally got to meet him in august 2007. since that day he has been one of the family. if we go out he comes with. he is very protective and loves to be a lap dog. rieley has to be the center of our attention most of the time, but also likes to just lay around when its tv time. he loves other dogs and loves people. everyone that meets him wants to take him home with them, but we tell them to get their own. he lets our kids do what ever they want to him and gives them kisses when they are done. we could not have a better addition to our family. thanks to mary ellen and her team of dedicated animal lovers.
